Meet Brianna
Santa Barbara has always been home - and real estate has always been in my DNA. Growing up as the daughter of a contractor and a second-generation Realtor, I developed an early appreciation for design, architecture, and the meaning of “home.”
After earning my degree in Graphic Communication from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with an emphasis in Web & Digital Media and Management, I returned to Santa Barbara to combine my marketing expertise with my passion for real estate. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2013, I’ve had the honor of helping a wide range of clients - from first-time buyers to seasoned investors - navigate our dynamic and uniquely beautiful market.
Whether I’m marketing a condo, a ranch property, or a coastal estate, I focus on highlighting the defining attributes that make each home stand out. I’m known for creative strategy, thoughtful guidance, and an authentic love of the Santa Barbara lifestyle.
Beyond real estate, community involvement has always been a cornerstone of my work. I'm proud to serve on the Teacher’s Fund Board and have led our annual Back to School Supplies Drive for the past several years, raising over $250,000 for local educators. In 2020, I received the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors’ “Realtor Community Service Award” and was honored to be named to the Pacific Coast Business Times 40 Under 40 list in 2022.
I’ve also had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and co-founding the SBAOR Young Professionals Network, championing nonprofit work and leadership among the next generation of local agents.
